Central Maryland Gold is a fully equipped Olympic Weightlifting gym, with quality barbells, bumper plates, and platforms necessary to safely and effectively train for competitive Olympic lifting. Our equipment includes:

• Six 20kg York Elite Competition Barbells

• Three 15kg Eleiko Competition Barbells

• Two 15kg York Elite Competition Barbells

• One 10kg Eleiko Youth Competition Barbell

• Titan Fitness Jerk Blocks

• Two sets of Squat stands

• Bumpers from 5kg-25 kg

• Metal plates 1.0kg to 10kg
